When it comes to expanding your distribution network, taking care of the market or representing your winery, I will gladly take on these sometimes time-consuming activities which many people also find tiresome. This means, of course, that I will have first intensively studied your philosophy and your business or company. And it requires a special form of trust. Therefore, I guarantee regional exclusivity for all my clients! This means that I only have one conventional and one biodynamic winemaker in my portfolio for each winegrowing region.

Throughout my career, I have seen all the different facets that one can possibly deal with in the wine business. Not only have I worked as a sommelier and managed restaurants – in my roles as interim managing director of the Esterházy Winery and sales manager of Delfabro/Kolarik, I also learned about the interests of winemakers on the one hand and got to know the ruthless business aspects on the other. The competence I can offer today is the result of all the experience I have gained with my previous jobs, thanks to which I can record, evaluate and, above all, improve financial chains of cause and effect within an entrepreneurial system.

Which markets are still untapped? What is the best way to sell a certain product? And above all: Which situations would I do better to stay away from, and instead use the resources for other things? Furthermore, I'm a big fan of initiating knowledge transfers. In other words, I don’t just offer my own expertise – I pass it on, too. This is the only way for companies to become better and better from the inside out, helping them to grow. That’s why I’ve developed training modules to provide your employees and your teams with specialized knowledge in order to increase their competence even further.
